Founder, Victory Ground School
Mr. Giwa Owoloja Aaze
A visionary educator and school proprietor, he has dedicated his career to providing exceptional educational opportunities. Upon completing his secondary school education, he conceived a vision to establish a premier learning institution. Under his leadership, the school has built a reputation for academic excellence, providing a nurturing environment that fosters intellectual growth and development.
Initially, Mr. Aaze launched evening classes, but due to limited success, he recalibrated his approach. In 2003, he founded a school in Ugboshi Ele, which demonstrated promise. Driven by his ambition to reach a broader student base, he strategically relocated to Ibillo in 2005 — and on January 5, 2005, the school commenced operations with a single pupil. Through perseverance and dedication, the institution has flourished into a thriving educational hub, today offering a comprehensive program spanning creche, nursery, primary, and secondary levels, staffed by highly qualified and experienced educators.
